Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Retainer Fee Refund — 30-Day Guarantee

Eligible for Full Refund: If LIFTxai is unable to successfully remove at least one (1) identified target within the 30-day service window, the Retainer Fee ($99–$199) is 100% refundable upon written request submitted within 10 business days of the close of your service window.

2. Success Fee Refund — 60-Day Reappearance Protection

Success fees are only charged after confirmed removal. If removed content reappears publicly within 60 days, LIFTxai will re-clear the content at no charge or issue a full refund for that specific success fee. This does not cover new reviews posted after the original removal date.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email: Send your request to support@liftxai.com with your name, Case ID (#LIFT-XXXX), and a brief description.

Review: LIFTxai responds within 5 business days with a decision and next steps.

Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. When Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds are not issued in the following circumstances.

Retainer fee was waived via promotional coupon — no refund applies to a $0 charge.
Cancellation before the 30-day window closes if at least one removal attempt has been made.
Target content deemed ineligible for removal under platform policy (assessed at intake — no fee charged if ineligible).
Content reappears after 60 days from confirmed removal date.
New reviews or content posted after the original removal date.
Delays caused by Client failure to provide required information or authorization in a timely manner.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage Clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of services and forfeiture of guarantee protections. LIFTxai reserves the right to provide all relevant documentation to the payment processor as part of dispute resolution.

6. Cancellation

Cancel at any time by written notice to support@liftxai.com.
Success fees already charged for confirmed removals are non-refundable.
No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed in writing by LIFTxai.
